LONDON - Married men away from a heart attack, we often hear. But how to get involved in child care?

A research states that men who engage in child care would be less likely to die from a heart attack than men who ignored the affairs of child care.

Research conducted by several universities in the United States government funds involved as many as 138 thousand respondents. In addition to their proximity to the studied children, as well as their association with cardiovascular disease.

Marriage, having many friends, and pets may be able to keep them away from heart disease and death from diseases associated with vital organs.

On the other hand, is actively involved in parenting children of their marriage also support heart health.

"There is emerging evidence that male infertility is a window into a man's health later in life," said Dr. Michael Eisenberg, a urologist and fertility specialist at Stanford University. "Maybe it tells us that something else was involved in their inability to have children."

This study has been published on Monday in the journal Human Reproduction.

Last week, other researchers conducted studies in the Philippines proved more or less the same thing. Research conducted on 600 men found that testosterone, the primary male hormone, would decrease their levels when a man becomes a father.

However, further research proves, testosterone levels are too high or too low will affect the amount of HDL, good cholesterol alias, in the blood, heart health a major key.

"This is really an interesting topic," said Dr. Robert Eckel, past president of the American Heart Association and professor of medicine at the University of Colorado, Denver. further research, he said, is needed regarding this matter.
